Abhilesh Babel is currently the Executive Director of Strategy & Advisory at AECOM. With nearly 20 years of experience in management consulting, transactions, and development management, they previously served as a Venture Leader Partner at McKinsey & Company, where they focused on rebuilding the public sector practice in India. Abhilesh also founded Lakeshore Ventures, specializing in development management and transactions in infrastructure and real estate. Prior to these roles, they led the Realty & Social Infra Division as CEO at Feedback Infra and held various positions within the firm. Abhilesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
