Claude Ferland ing. has extensive experience in the mining and construction sectors, currently serving as Sr. Project Director at AECOM since November 2024. Prior roles include Project Manager and various engineering positions at Rio Tinto from November 2020 to November 2024 and Sr. Health Safety Environmental Coordinator at Bird Construction between February 2019 and July 2020. Claude held leadership roles in technical services and project management at Abcourt Mines Inc, and directed technical services for the Association minière du Québec, coordinating important R&D investments. Additional experience includes operations management in the aggregates division at Ciment-Québec and technical expertise at the Commission de la santé et sécurité du travail. Claude's academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Université Laval and Industrial Design from Cégep de Sainte-Foy.
