David Prasifka

David Prasifka is an experienced Consulting Engineer specializing in Water Resources Engineering, currently working independently since June 2018. As Vice President on the National Sales Team for AECOM's Water Business Line since June 2015, David has contributed to strategic pursuits in North America and internationally. Prior roles include Profit Center Practice Leader for Stantec, Partner and Office Manager at Carollo Engineers, and Engineering Manager at KBR, Inc. David's career began as a Project Manager with RBF Consulting and The Keith Companies, alongside earlier positions with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the State of California. David holds both a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
