Frank Luard

Frank Luard is an experienced director in project and program management, currently leading the South Central Region at AECOM since April 2015. With a diverse background, Luard previously served as a director at Evolution5 Limited and Luard Consultants Ltd, where management consultancy and independent advice for local businesses were provided, particularly in the super yacht industry. Additional experience includes general management at Global Services Ltd, where restructuring and team management were key focuses, and a senior project manager role at AECOM (including Davis Langdon) overseeing procurement and contract administration for a large super yacht project. Frank Luard also has a significant tenure at Gardiner & Theobald LLP, directing project management efforts in Devon and Cornwall, and earlier experience as a site surveyor at RG Falla. Education includes studies at the University of the West of England and King's School Bruton.
