Janell Furrow is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and design across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and BIM Coordinator at Thornton Tomasetti since February 2020, Janell applies scientific and engineering principles to address complex building challenges. As the owner and designer at jjf + design since May 2004, Janell has cultivated a strong design portfolio. Previous roles include Project Manager at The Consulting Engineers Group-NM, P.C. and BDA Architecture, where Janell oversaw project transitions to 3D formats and ensured compliance with zoning codes. Janell's earlier experience includes positions at NCA Architects, City of Albuquerque, Albuquerque Rendering Environment Artists LLC, Dekker/Perich/Sabatini, and The Hartman + Majewski Design Group. Janell holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from The University of New Mexico.
