Sushrut Sharma

Sushrut Sharma has a diverse work experience in quality management and engineering roles. Sushrut is currently working at Neuralink as the Head of Quality Systems and Quality Engineering. Prior to that, they worked at Zimmer Biomet, where they held various positions including Quality Manager, Sr. Quality Engineer, and Quality Engineer. During their time at Zimmer Biomet, Sushrut successfully reduced the backlog of non-conformances and eliminated aging issues. Sushrut also had a brief role as a Primary Researcher/Analyst at Eli Lilly and Company and completed an internship at Panacea Biotec Ltd in R&D Downstream.

Sushrut Sharma obtained their Masters of Science (MS) degree in Regulatory Affairs in Drugs, Biologics, and Medical Devices from Northeastern University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE/Btech) in Biotechnology from Amity Institute of Biotechnology from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications in intellectual property law and policy, corporate finance, marketing, and global health from various institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
