Kelsey Poole

Kelsey Poole, AICP, is a Senior Planner at AECOM, a position held since May 2023, following a tenure as a Senior Planner at Halff Associates from June 2022 to May 2023. Kelsey gained experience in comprehensive planning while serving as a Planner and later as a Senior Planner with the City of Plano from February 2020 to December 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Planner at Ideation Planning, LLC from October 2018 to January 2020, and a Communications Intern at the North Central Texas Council of Governments in May 2018. Kelsey's early career also featured an internship with the Planners4Health initiative of the American Planning Association’s Texas Chapter from August 2017 to March 2018. Kelsey Poole holds a degree from the University of Texas at Arlington College of Architecture, Planning and Public Affairs, completed between 2017 and 2019.
