Kirk Brower

Kirk Brower is an experienced executive in business development and federal programs, currently serving as Vice President of Federal Programs at AECOM since December 2020. Previously, Kirk held significant roles including Federal Civilian Agencies Business Development Lead at CH2M HILL and Director of Business Development at Jacobs, where responsibilities included managing civilian agency portfolios and leading capture strategies for major contracts. Additional experience includes positions as Vice President and Director of Federal Services at Shannon & Wilson, Senior Business Development Manager at MACTEC, and Vice President of Business Development at Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure. Kirk's career began as EHS Director at Waste Management and Chemical Waste Management, complemented by an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
