Marielena Gutierrez

Marielena Gutierrez is an experienced professional with a strong background in community outreach and education. Currently serving as the Safe Routes to School Outreach Coordinator at AECOM since June 2017, Marielena focuses on informing parents and school representatives about the Safe Routes to School GA program, while also developing educational materials in both English and Spanish. Previous roles include serving as a Board Member at PEDS, an Educator Specialist/Outreach at Consumer Credit Counseling Service where Marielena delivered extensive financial education across multiple states, and a Marketing Specialist at Kennedy Wilson, managing client relations and coordinating significant community events. Additionally, Marielena has experience in immigration support at The Latin American Association and in environmental development at FUDECO. Marielena holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Universidad Yacambú.
