Matthew Baldwin

Matthew Baldwin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military operations and analytical roles. Currently serving as a Joint Fire Support Systems Program Analyst at The Joint Staff since September 2023, Matthew performs critical analysis and research to support leadership in the Joint Fires Division. From September 2015, Matthew has held multiple positions at AECOM, including East Coast Operations Director for Combined Tactical Training Range, overseeing contract assets for multi-range training requirements and collaborating with NSWC RS-28 Operations Director. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Tactical Data Link Analyst at URS Corporation and served in the United States Marine Corps as a Tactical Air Defense Controller since April 2006. Matthew's educational background includes studies at Lord Fairfax Community College from 2001 to 2003.
