Noelle Crowley

Noelle Crowley is a Senior Water Resources Engineer at AECOM, with previous experience as a Senior Environmental Engineer at ARCADIS U.S. for nearly two decades. Crowley specializes in stormwater and watershed management, MS4 permit compliance, Chesapeake Bay TMDL compliance, and water resource management across multiple states, including Virginia, Alabama, New York, North Carolina, Connecticut, Maryland, and Puerto Rico. Additional expertise includes surface water model development and stormwater permitting for various projects, as well as implementation of stormwater management programs in Virginia, Maryland, and New York State. Crowley began her career as a Project Environmental Engineer at Upstate Laboratories and served as a Quality Control Officer before earning a BS in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University.
