Rachel Henry

Rachel Henry is currently a Senior Biologist at AECOM, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Regional Section 10 Coordinator for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service from 2022 to 2025 and worked as a Fish & Wildlife Biologist at the same agency from 2013 to 2025, focusing on Section 7 Consultations of the Endangered Species Act. They began their career as a Biologist at ICF International from 2010 to 2013 and as a Hydrologic Technician with the U.S. Forest Service from 2001 to 2006. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aquatic Biology/Limnology from UCSB in 2009.
