Richard Neale

Richard Neale is a Strategy & Growth Officer at AECOM, where they are responsible for setting and executing strategy across the US East and LATAM regions. With a dynamic background that combines engineering, business, and finance, they have significant experience in senior leadership roles across the energy, engineering, consulting, and investment banking sectors. Prior to their current role, Richard was part of the founding leadership team at Comprehensive Decommissioning International, focusing on acquisitions and corporate development, and held various strategic positions at Atkins, where they led M&A and technology development. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Aston University, an MBA from Imperial College Business School, and completed the Global Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
