Vidhi Puri

Vidhi Puri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning strategy, and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as Talent Management and ED&I Lead at AECOM since January 2023, Vidhi previously held the role of Assistant Vice President at BT, where responsibilities included developing organization-wide talent and culture initiatives and assessing learning needs for a diverse workforce. Prior to that, Vidhi was a Senior Manager at Genpact, focusing on talent development strategies, program design, and diversity initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities among women. Early career roles involved training management and development, including the establishment of corporate training functions in Dubai and custom training programs for over 5,000 professionals. Vidhi holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology and possesses further qualifications in HR and marketing.
