Alissa Duffey

Alissa Duffey currently serves as the Assistant Director of Development, Talent Acquisition at Mass General Brigham, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Alissa worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from February 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a Philanthropy Officer for Annual Giving and previously as a Development Assistant. Earlier experience includes a position as an Assistant in the Alumni & Friends Network at Babson College in early 2018 and as an Assistant in Major Gifts and Development at Providence College from June 2016 to May 2017. Alissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Providence College and has additional educational credentials from the University of Galway.
