Colin Haines has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Colin began their career at Glencore Xstrata, where they worked in the underground ore and materials transport department. Colin then gained experience as a surgical research assistant at Mount Sinai Hospital, focusing on product testing and development in the orthopedic field. Colin also worked as a research assistant at the Fuel Cell Research Center, specializing in fuel cells and green energy technologies. Colin further expanded their expertise at Queen's University as a master's student, assisting professors in mechanical engineering courses and managing student projects. Colin then joined URS Flint as a junior cost controller, working on oil and gas projects. Colin continued to develop their skills at PwC Canada, where they served as an associate in tax services, specializing in scientific research and experimental development. Most recently, Colin worked at Bond Consulting Group as a technical analyst, gaining exposure to various industries and assisting clients in qualifying for tax credits. Colin's most recent position is with Aecon Group Inc. as the Joint Venture - Shoreline Power Group - Bruce Power MCR Project Coordinator/Series Lead.
