Emilia Gal

Emilia Gal has over 15 years of work experience in procurement and purchasing roles. Emilia began their career as a Translator-Interpreter at S.C. Roll-Fast. S.R.L in 2003 before moving on to work as a German Speaking Back Office Trainee at IDCR Interdata Consulting Private Ltd India. In 2005, they became an Agent in Contracting and Acquisitions at Continental Automotive Systems. Emilia then joined General Motors as a Strategic Buyer and Purchasing Analyst in 2006, and later became a Buyer in Global Supply Chain at Husky Injection Molding Systems. Emilia continued their career at General Motors as a Buyer in Global Purchasing before joining Magna Closures Dortec Industries as a Senior Buyer. Emilia is currently working at Aecon Group Inc., where they started as a Buyer for Utilities, Fuel & Gases, and Raw Materials before becoming the Procurement Team Lead.

Emilia Gal obtained a Bachelor of Philology degree from Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu in 2003. Emilia then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, completing their studies between 2008 and 2010.
