Earlier in their career, Eric worked as an Activation Manager at PCL Construction, where they oversaw the transition from construction to operation of facilities. Eric also worked as a Project Engineer, District Scheduler, and Field Engineer at PCL.
Before their time at PCL, Eric owned and operated LYNX Construction, where they gained experience in the construction industry.
In their earlier years, Eric worked as a Builder at Josef Piha Arch Design Bldr, where they focused on executing high-quality design-build projects with attention to detail.

Eric Lusis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Central Washington University from 1997 to 2001. Eric later went on to obtain another Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the same university, which they completed from 2001 to 2006.
