Eric Lusis

Eric Lusis has extensive experience in the construction industry. Eric currently works as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Aecon Group Inc., where they lead the Building Smarter Program and drives positive change by improving work processes and leveraging Lean Construction methods. Prior to this role, Eric served as the Senior Corporate Director of Continuous Improvement at Aecon.

Before joining Aecon, Eric owned LYNX Lean Services, where they offered various services and solutions to help organizations optimize their performance and productivity.

Eric also held several positions at PCL Construction, including National Lean Director, US Quality Director, Corporate Development-Project Engineer, and Project Manager. In these roles, they designed and implemented Lean Programs, managed quality programs, facilitated Lean building initiatives, and implemented improvements to quality trends.

Earlier in their career, Eric worked as an Activation Manager at PCL Construction, where they oversaw the transition from construction to operation of facilities. Eric also worked as a Project Engineer, District Scheduler, and Field Engineer at PCL.

Before their time at PCL, Eric owned and operated LYNX Construction, where they gained experience in the construction industry.

In their earlier years, Eric worked as a Builder at Josef Piha Arch Design Bldr, where they focused on executing high-quality design-build projects with attention to detail.

Overall, Eric Lusis has a diverse background in the construction industry, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, Lean methodologies, and optimizing performance.

Eric Lusis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Central Washington University from 1997 to 2001. Eric later went on to obtain another Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the same university, which they completed from 2001 to 2006.
