Larry Kaufman

Larry Kaufman joined Agree Realty in May 2022. He is responsible for the strategy and execution of all aspects of Information Technology and operates the PMO and the Continuous Improvement initiatives and training throughout the organization.

Prior to joining Agree, Larry spent 27 years in the Automotive industry in various roles including Product Development, Program Management, Continuous Improvement and Information Technology. He founded and was the Managing Director of Integral Strategic Consulting, a boutique IT and Program Management consulting firm. He also served as the Vice President of Engineering Process and IT Systems Optimization at Delphi Technologies and was the Head of Information Technology at Magna Powertrain overseeing a global team of 300 IT professionals. Larry also held roles at Ricardo Technical Consulting as Head of North American Program Management and Continuous Improvement and at Ford Motor Company in various Engineering and Program Management capacities.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, is certified as an IT Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®), Six Sigma Blackbelt and Lean Office Champion.
