Will Vial

Will Vial has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Will is currently employed at Cresco Labs as the Vice President - Operations Strategy since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director - Processing Operations at Cresco Labs from May 2021 to June 2023. Will also served as a Facility Director at Cresco Labs from January 2020 to May 2021. Before joining Cresco Labs, Will worked at Solstice Group as the Director Of Operations from March 2019 to December 2019 and as the Director of Business Analytics from December 2016 to March 2019. Will briefly held the role of Senior Manager - Operations at Solstice Group from June 2016 to December 2016. Furthermore, Will worked at FPL Advisory Group as an Associate from May 2014 to April 2016. Will also gained experience at Mercer Investments as an Associate from August 2012 to May 2014. Will's earlier career includes working at Northern Trust as a Sr. Analyst - Foreign Exchange from April 2011 to September 2012 and as an Analyst- Investment Operations from August 2010 to April 2011. Will started their career at MillerCoors as an Import Analyst from March 2008 to March 2009.

Will Vial studied at Marquette University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Operations Supply Chain Management.
