Franca Vercillo

Franca Vercillo, CPA, CA, is an accomplished tax and treasury professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Taxation and Treasury at Aecon Group Inc. since May 2014, Franca has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Taxation and Director of Taxation. Prior experience includes Director of Tax at Glencore, where responsibilities included developing restructuring strategies for South American operations and collaborating on cross-border issues. Franca also served as Tax Director at Sherritt International, managing corporate tax compliance, and as Director of Tax at Vale Inco, leading teams for tax strategy recommendations and due diligence on acquisitions.
