Ivan Bai

Ivan Bai is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as a Quality Manager at Aecon Group Inc. since March 2022, focusing on infrastructure projects in the Greater Vancouver Area with expertise in tunnel construction, large bore piping, concrete science, and NACE inspections. Previously, Ivan held the position of QA/QC Coordinator at EllisDon from February 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included providing training and technical support to project teams and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Ivan began career as a QC Technician at ASCO and later worked as a Quality Assurance Technician at International Water-Guard Industries Inc., ensuring product compliance with engineering standards. Ivan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology from The University of British Columbia, along with a College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
