Sudhakar Moorthy M. is an experienced quality assurance professional with a demonstrated history of leadership roles in the food industry. Currently serving as Deputy Manager of Quality for TATA Soulfull at Tata Consumer Products, Sudhakar leads quality initiatives, successfully commercializing over six new product developments within a year and managing the first exports of the Soulfull brand. Previously, Sudhakar held positions at TATA Smartfoodz focusing on food safety and regulatory compliance, and at Nestlé, where the implementation of quality systems and audits in distribution was a primary responsibility. Experience also includes significant roles at Kellogg Company, where Sudhakar focused on quality management systems, and prior positions at OCEANIC TROPICAL FRUITS, Tiens, and Suguna Group, solidifying a robust foundation in quality assurance and microbiology. Sudhakar holds a Master of Science in Microbiology from the University of Madras.
