James Moffatt

James Moffatt, PMP, is an experienced project controls professional currently serving as the Assistant Project Controls Manager at Aecon Group Inc. since January 2019, where responsibilities include cost performance evaluation and risk management. Prior to this role, Moffatt held various positions in project management and controls, including Project Planner at Bruce Power and Senior Project Controller at Deloitte Canada. Moffatt's career began as a Project Controls Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, managing substantial materials and contracts, and further included roles at Bantrel on a major project, as well as business analysis at bcrtc.
