Nitin Panchal

Nitin Panchal has a diverse work experience in project controls and management roles. Nitin currently holds the position of Project Controls & Risk Director at ONxpress Transportation Partners. Prior to this, they served as the Project Controls Director - UTS at Aecon Group Inc. In their position at Thales, Nitin held multiple roles, including GPMO Project Controls Director - URS, Project Controls Director, Deployment Functional / Project Controls Manager, SDS PMO Specialist, Planning Manager - PMO, and Project Planner-PMO. Nitin also worked as a Project Planner and Project Manager at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff in the Middle East. Earlier in their career, Nitin served as the Infrastructure Access & Planning Manager, Assistant Planning Manager, and Infrastructure Access Controller at Serco - Dubai Metro. Nitin also held the position of Programme Manager at Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro Southern Line (Makkah Metro) - Serco Ltd. Nitin started their career as a Project Engineer at Reliance Industries Ltd. and later worked as a Project Planning Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited.

Nitin Panchal holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, obtained in 2006. Nitin has a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Operation Management, earned from Maharashtra Institute of Technology in 2013. Additionally, they completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Operation Management from the same institute in 2011. Nitin also holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Rail Transport & Management and Transport Economy & Management from the Institute of Rail Transport, completed in 2011. Nitin has a Diploma in IPMA-Level D from the International Project Management Associates, achieved in 2008, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2010. Nitin has earned certifications in Risk Management Professional (RMP) and PRINCE2 from the Project Management Institute and Simplilearn, respectively, in 2015 and 2016. Nitin is a member of the Association for Project Management, and they obtained the MAPM certification in 2018.
