Johan Haynes

Johan Haynes has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2021. Johan is currently the Founder and Director of Prolius, a leading enterprise-level software application specializing in fleet and mobile workforce management. Prior to this, Johan worked as an Advisor & Investor at XLR8R, a London-based startup and early-stage tech investor.

Before that, they were the Founder and Director of Aecor, a technology company delivering innovative client solutions in digital strategy, consulting, web development, mobile, infrastructure hosting, and outsourcing. Johan also served as the Global Head of Digital and Ecommerce at Hive | Centrica Hive Limited, a market leader in smart home technology.

Additionally, Johan was the Founder & CEO of Club Website, the UK's largest grassroots football social network, which was acquired by Teamer. Johan'searly experience includes working as a Global Bid Manager at MCI Worldcom.

Throughout their career, Johan has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, digital strategy, agile implementation, product integration, business delivery, and driving digital transformation.

Johan Haynes obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business & Economics from Leeds Beckett University between 1995 and 1999.
