Marco Sereni Lucarelli

Marco Sereni Lucarelli has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Marco is currently working as the Head of Parts Sales at AEC since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Stellantis as a Sales Planning Manager from April 2020 to June 2022, where they were responsible for defining commercial targets and market policies.

Before joining Stellantis, Marco worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in various roles. From November 2018 to March 2020, they were the Technical Documentation Manager, responsible for developing technical documentation for the after-sales network. Prior to that, they served as the Safety & Service Campaign Program Manager from February 2017 to November 2018, managing service and recall campaigns.

Marco also has experience as the Technical Services Area Manager for the Middle East & Nordics region from July 2015 to February 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Resident Product Support Specialist from January 2014 to July 2015, managing service technical quality issues for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat, and Lancia models.

Their earlier role at the company was as a Product Support Specialist from April 2011 to December 2013, where they analyzed product problems and failures reported from European, Middle-Eastern, and African markets. In this role, they focused on quality and manufacturing issues. Throughout their career, Marco has demonstrated their expertise in sales planning, technical documentation management, campaign program management, and product support.

Marco Sereni Lucarelli completed their education in a sequential manner. First, they attended Liceo Scientifico "G.Galilei" in Perugia from 2000 to 2005 and obtained their high school diploma. Afterward, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Perugia, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Marco continued their education at the same institution and earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering- Structural Mechanics from 2008 to 2010.
