Naghi Einollahi

Naghi Einollahi is an experienced telecommunications professional specializing in LTE and NR optimization. Currently serving as an LTE & NR consultant and team leader at AEC since September 2024, Naghi previously held the position of Province Team Leader at Farafan, leading radio optimization projects and focusing on KPI improvements. With additional roles at HFN as a NR/LTE optimizer, and at Nokia where responsibilities included maintaining RF KPIs across multiple technologies, Naghi has demonstrated expertise in radio frequency engineering and optimization across various network levels. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tabriz.
