Alberto Delgado Montero

Alberto Delgado Montero has extensive work experience in the construction and real estate industry.

From 2000 to 2003, they worked at Dragados SA as part of the Edificación team.

In 2003, they joined SACYR and worked on the Madrid Radial 3 project.

In 2004, they moved to Vallehermoso, where they held various roles, including Delegado Cataluña, Delegado Madrid-Canarias-Portugal, and CFO. Alberto worked at Vallehermoso until 2015.

In 2015, they became the Socio Director at SOCEBI and worked there for a year.

Since 2016, Alberto has been associated with AEDAS Homes. Alberto initially served as the CFO and later progressed to the position of Director de Operaciones - COO. As COO, they were responsible for a team of over 200 people, overseeing the various departments such as territorial management, land acquisition, marketing, operations, and product quality.

In 2014, they obtained a CEVE (Certificado Experto Valoración Empresas) from IEAF Instituto Español Analistas Financieros. Additionally, they completed a PDD 2007 program at IESE Business School. Alberto'smost recent educational endeavor took place in 2021-2022, where they participated in the "Programa para Consejeros" at Esade.
