Alfonso Benavides

Alfonso Benavides serves as a Non Executive Board Member at Auxadi Holdco and has held the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors at AEDAS Homes since September 2017. In addition, Alfonso is an Adjunct Faculty member at both the IE School of Architecture and Design and IE Business School, contributing to academic development since 2017 and 2001, respectively. An Independent Strategic Advisor for JLL Spain since April 2017, Alfonso has also been a member of the Executive Committee at ULI Madrid since 2011, focusing on the real estate sector and promoting leadership and educational initiatives. Alfonso's experience includes a senior advisory role at ONTIER from 2020 to 2024 and a long tenure as a Partner at Clifford Chance, where Alfonso led the Real Estate division in Spain and globally from 2004 and 2010. Alfonso holds an LLM in European Law from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Law degree from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
