Álvaro Tejero

Álvaro Tejero is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Business Planning & Control at Aedas Homes since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading project planning and structuring co-investment vehicles. Previously, Álvaro held various strategic positions at ACCIONA from June 2002 to August 2023, including International Director, overseeing the company’s international operations across Mexico, Poland, Brazil, and Portugal, and Sales and Marketing Director, leading efforts to revitalize the residential business in Spain. Álvaro's extensive experience also encompasses portfolio management and project management roles, as well as serving as a General Manager at ACCIONA Parque Reforma for a brief period. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree from IESE Business School and an MBA from IE Business School, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
