Marta Balaguer Sala

Marta Balaguer Sala is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in the real estate and architectural sectors. Currently serving as the Gerente de Promociones at AEDAS Homes since August 2018, Marta has previously worked at Servihabitat, managing real estate assets for La Caixa and SAREB. With early career roles including architect and project manager at various firms, Marta has also contributed to significant projects such as residential and hospitality developments in Barcelona and the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Marta holds a degree in Architecture from ETSAV - UPC, a Master's in Technology in Architecture from ETSAB - UPC, and is currently pursuing studies in Commercial Management and Marketing at ESIC Business & Marketing School, along with a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Management from Escola Sert COAC.
