Aisha Brown

Aisha Brown currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Programs at the ANA Educational Foundation, a position held since November 2022 after previously acting as Director of Talent Programs. Aisha has diverse experience in talent acquisition and education, including a role as a Contract Recruiter at Tender Care Learning Center and as Foundation and Inclusion Director at The ADVERTISING Club of New York. Aisha's teaching experience includes two years as a Middle School English Teacher in Korea, where lesson plans catered to multi-level ESL students. Additional experience encompasses senior and assistant roles in media buying and broadcast negotiation at companies like Wavemaker and GroupM, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Print Journalism from Hampton University and a TEFL Teaching Certificate from Oxford Seminars.
