Melissa Robertson

Melissa Robertson has over 16 years of experience at CIBC, serving in multiple senior leadership roles including Senior Director of Early Talent Programs & Strategy, Campus Recruitment & Career Programs, and Student Client Strategy. Prior positions include Director and Senior Consultant in Client Experience Strategy & Improvement, as well as various roles in Cause Sponsorship. Melissa also contributed to the Canadian Cancer Society as the Relay for Life Co-Chair in a volunteer capacity and began their career as a Volunteer Coordinator at CauseForce. Melissa holds a Master of Science degree and an Hon. Bachelor of Science degree, both from McMaster University.
