Kate Isaac has a diverse and extensive work experience in the human resources field. Kate is currently serving as the Learning & Development Director at AEG Europe since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AXS Europe as the HR Director for Europe from July 2017 to August 2022. Before that, they were a People Partner at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants from May 2016 to July 2017. From December 2011 to May 2016, they served as an HR Business Partner - Sports & Arenas at Compass Group UK & Ireland. Prior to this, they had various roles at Compass Group UK & Ireland, including HR Business Partner - O2 Arena, HR Business Partner - Restaurant Associates, HR Manager - Conference & Exhibition Centres, and Recruitment and Training Manager - ExCeL and Wembley Arena, starting from April 2009 to April 2012, January 2006 to April 2009, November 2004 to January 2006, and December 2000 to November 2004 respectively. Kate also had a brief role as an HR Officer at Sodexho (Australia) at the Sydney Opera House from August 2000 to November 2000.

Kate Isaac attended Keele University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Social Anthropology.
