- From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Staffing Manager at Letheby & Christopher, and later at Compass Group - Letheby and Christopher.

- In 1993, they gained work experience as a student at The Forum Hotel.

Kirstie Loveridge attended the University of Surrey from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a BSc in Hotel and Catering Management. Kirstie then pursued further education at the University of West London from 1997 to 1999, obtaining a CIPD degree in HR. Additionally, they completed a Diploma in HR from Thames Valley UniversityChartered Institute of Personnel from 1997 to 1998. Before their university education, Kirstie attended Wyvern Community School - Fair Oak from 1987 to 1991, where they completed their GCSEs.
