Rhonda Strahm is an accomplished operations management professional with extensive experience in high-volume retail sales and community health initiatives. Currently serving as AVP of Real Estate at AEG Vision since April 2021, Rhonda previously held the position of Director of Retail Operations at Visionworks of America from October 2018 to March 2021. Additionally, Rhonda contributed to OneSight.org as Sr. Manager of School Based Vision Centers from March 2014 to November 2015, where the focus was on establishing vision care programs in underserved communities through partnerships with schools and public health organizations. Rhonda's expertise lies in sales strategy, employee management, and enhancing customer satisfaction in competitive environments, supported by an education from Miami University.
