Ryan Dancey

Ryan Dancey has a long and varied career in the gaming industry. Ryan started their career in 1991 as a Co-Founder of ISOMEDIA, where they developed innovative data storage solutions, launched ISOMEDIA.COM, and diversified the company into hobby game retailing and hobby game publishing. In 1997, they joined Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro as VP & Brand Manager, where they managed several lines of collectible card game businesses and transferred to take charge of the company's tabletop roleplaying game business. Ryan later became VP of Tabletop RPGs at Wizards of the Coast. In 2003, they Co-Founded Core Market, LLC, where they developed outsourcing relationships with entertainment companies and wrote business & marketing plans. In 2007, they were CMO of CCP Games and Chief Operating Officer of PSN-NV, LLC. Ryan also founded Organized Play Corporation in 2001, where they created a complete end-to-end web services solution. From 2011 to 2015, they were CEO of Goblinworks, responsible for implementing the Pathfinder Online business plan and investment strategy, and Consultant of Paizo Publishing, where they developed a plan for Pathfinder Online. Lastly, from 2015 to present, they have been Chief Operating Officer and Operational Director of Alderac Entertainment Group.

Ryan Dancey attended Washington State University from 1987 to 1989, studying Marketing.
