Dominique Dhyser is the Vice président at AEGE, where they animate the network of alumni from the EGE school. They are also the fondateur of Aveterre, a structure dedicated to promoting terroir through informative actions aimed at policymakers. Previously, Dhyser served as the président of L'Ecluse - Restaurants/Bar à Vin, overseeing five restaurants in Paris known for their traditional French cuisine and extensive wine selection, particularly Bordeaux wines. They hold a Master's degree in intelligence économique from Ecole de Guerre Economique, and an MBA from INSEAD.
