Sotiria Laina

Sotiria Laina is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in digital design, web development, and education. Currently serving as the Head Of Design at Aegean Airlines since January 2011, Sotiria leads a design team and produces high-quality visual designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and adherence to brand guidelines. With a focus on creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, Sotiria collaborates with various teams to develop engaging visual assets while maintaining design consistency across all media. Previous roles include positions as a Web Designer at Realize S.A., Professor of Computer Science at the Technological Educational Institute of Epirus, and Interactive Designer at PlanTech. Sotiria holds a Master of Arts in Digital Arts from the Athens School of Fine Arts and a Master of Science in Global Computing and Multimedia from the University of Bristol, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
