Jena Reierson-Cossette is an experienced analytics professional with a robust background in data analysis, reporting, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Analytics Manager at Aegis Company since February 2019, Jena leads a reporting and analytics team, utilizing SQL and advanced analytical tools to support business objectives, maintain relationships across teams, and create Power BI dashboards for leadership. Prior experience includes roles as Data Analyst II at EK Health Services, Inc., where Jena partnered with IT to extract actionable insights, and as Sales Excellence Reporting Manager at Microsoft, providing complex data analytics and recommendations to management. Jena began a career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as a Sr. Reimbursement Analyst, managing reimbursement functions and understanding Medicare payment rates. Jena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
