Andy Frieze has extensive work experience in various leadership roles and partnerships. Andy began their career as a Producer at Insurance Specialists Group in 2009 and worked there until 2014. Andy then went on to become the President of the Wichita Division at Virtus, LLC from 2014 to 2016. After that, they served as the VP of Partnerships at SNT Media from 2016 to 2017. Andy also became a Member at Charles T. Allen in 2016. In 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Aegis Group, LLC. In 2021, they co-founded and became a partner at both Phalanx Capital LLC and Mass Strategies, LLC.
Andy Frieze attended Rockhurst University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Prior to that, they attended Kansas State University in 2003-2004, also for a Bachelor's degree in Communication.
