Karen J. Schrift is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing complex litigation and liability claims, particularly in the fields of Environmental, Cyber, and Directors & Officers insurance. Since 2000, Karen has served as Senior Litigation Counsel at AEGIS Insurance Services, where responsibility includes overseeing multi-million dollar claims and ensuring timely and accurate coverage analysis. Prior to this role, Karen worked at AIG as a Home Office Supervisor and Claims Attorney, managing environmental insurance claims and supervising defense counsel. Previous experience includes serving as a Staff Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where investigation and document analysis for multinational clients was conducted. Karen holds a JD from New York Law School and a BA in History from Binghamton University, along with certification as a Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) with a focus in Cyber from CLM Alliance.
