Prior to this role, Valori was Practice Director at The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, where responsibilities included delivering keynote presentations and workshops globally, focusing on customer service, leadership development, and culture transformation across various industries. Valori's extensive career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company spanned over a decade, where positions included Corporate Director of Customer Relationship & Training, Director of Training and Organizational Effectiveness, and Director of Training. Notably, Valori opened the first Regional Reservations Center for The Ritz-Carlton, significantly enhancing guest service processes.
