The Care Management Team at Aegis Living is responsible for developing and overseeing personalized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This includes coordinated efforts by care managers and the Director of Spiritual Care to address individual needs, support daily activities, and enhance the quality of life in assisted living and memory care environments.
