Ellen Goldblatt

Ellen Goldblatt has extensive experience in providing spiritual care and support to individuals and their families in various healthcare settings. Ellen has worked as a Director of Spiritual Care at Timber Ridge of Talus, Murano Senior Living, and with private clients since 2000. In this role, Ellen offers compassionate listening, comfort, and support during end-of-life stages through multi-faith chaplaincy. Ellen assists individuals in exploring and reflecting on their life stories with confidentiality.

Ellen also served as a Director of Spiritual Care at Aegis Living, Mirabella, Kindred Hospital, and with private clients starting in 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Aegis of Bellevue from 2014 to 2019 as a Director of Spiritual Care.

Additionally, Ellen has experience as a Chaplain at Horizon House (CCRC) from 2002 to 2014, providing interim care on an as-needed basis and programming for special events. Ellen also worked as a Chaplain at Evergreen Hospice in 2013, covering for a staff chaplain who was stationed in Afghanistan. During their time at Group Health Hospice from 2002 to 2012, Ellen served as a Chaplain. Throughout their career, Ellen has consistently provided compassionate support and presence to patients and their families in end-of-life situations.

Ellen Goldblatt completed the Swedish Medical Center Chaplaincy Program, specializing in Clinical Pastoral Education. Ellen also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Washington. Furthermore, Ellen attended the University of Cincinnati, but their field of study and dates of attendance are unknown.
