Karen Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.
Karen began their career in 1994 at Robert Half International, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant and later as an Office Manager.
In 1999, they joined Target Software as an Account Manager, and also held roles as a Programmer/Analyst and Assistant to the CEO.
From 2007 to 2009, Karen worked at the Longfield Family Foundation as a Program Director, handling various responsibilities such as initiating the foundation's start-up, implementing a grant strategy, and coordinating programmatic work.
Karen then joined Blackbaud in 2009, where they worked as a Team Lead and CRM Direct Marketing Consultant.
Since 2015, Karen has been employed at Aegis Processing Solutions - A Moore Company. Karen started as a Senior Client Services Manager and eventually became a Vice President of Operations, and later a Senior Vice President of Operations. Karen currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Success.
Karen Sullivan earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Connecticut from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services at Lesley University from 2004 to 2007.
