Rachel Zukrow

Rachel Zukrow is the Director of Human Resources. Leading all human resources functions for Aegis, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, change management, talent management and recruitment.

Prior to joining Aegis, Ms. Zukrow managed the human resource function for a consulting firm of 140+ employees located throughout the United States. During her ten year tenure the organization increased its employee count by 110 percent. Prior to this role Ms. Zukrow worked for a temporary staffing and executive recruiting firm in Washington, DC.

Ms. Zukrow received a B.A. from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. She is a Certified Staffing Professional, PHR and SHRM-CP certified.
