Abdulrahman Alhammadi

Abdulrahman Alhammadi, C-SBP, C-KPIP, currently serves as the Employee Experience & Internal Communications Department Manager at the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), where significant improvements in employee satisfaction and engagement have been achieved. With a diverse background, Abdulrahman is an Advisory Board Member at GOV Youth, providing strategic guidance on youth engagement and representing Saudi Arabia at international forums. Previously, as the Initiatives and Empowerment Division Manager at Saudi Electricity Company, Abdulrahman led transformative HR initiatives impacting over 15,000 employees, championed youth leadership through the Executive Youth Council, and fostered innovation as co-founder of the Energy Innovation Incubator. Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
