Robert Plunkett

A noted expert in CPM scheduling, Aegis executive vice president Robert Plunkett brings more than 30 years of experience to the table. Due to his detailed planning and thorough monthly monitoring of projects, over 95 percent of the schedules developed and managed by Robert have completed on the original or adjusted completion date. Robert has extensive experience in the analysis and quantification of schedule impacts. He has represented contractors and owners in disputes through mediation and one-on-one negotiation. Robert’s services include the development of CPM baseline schedules, monthly updates, progress reporting, resource management, review of change orders and delays. Additionally, Robert has performed time impact analyses, and negotiations of time and equitable costs for contractors and owners. Robert has developed comprehensive schedules for wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, airports, bridges and highways, K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, housing complexes and research facilities.
